My weight’s normal, but I still feel fat. My tummy hangs outside my jeans. How can I lose weight and look slimmer?

If your weight’s normal, you don’t need to lose weight. You’ll feel best when your weight’s normal and there’s nothing strange about the way your body changes appearance during puberty. Eat healthy food and exercise a couple of times a week, and your body will be fine.
